Modular structure for the construction of a prefabricated building; wherein said structure comprises a plurality of modules (P1, P2) fixed to a foundation and defining the pillars of the building; each module (P1, P2) comprising a lower tubular element (1a, 1b) and an upper tubular element (2a, 2b) arranged on top of each other; wherein at least one opening (A) is obtained on a lower edge (21) of the upper tubular element (2a, 2b) and/or on an upper edge (11) of the lower tubular element (1a, 1b); each module comprises connection means (5, 6) coupled with structural stiffening means (3) arranged inside the two tubular elements (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) and comprising a projecting portion that protrudes externally from the tubular elements; wherein said structure comprises a set of beams (7) connected to the projecting portions (51, 61) of the connection means of the modules (P1, P2); wherein each beam (7) is a profile having a "pi" or "omega" section.
L'invention concerne une structure modulaire pour la construction d'un bâtiment préfabriqué; ladite structure comprend une pluralité de modules (P1, P2) fixés à une fondation et définissant les piliers du bâtiment; chaque module (P1, P2) comprend un élément tubulaire inférieur (1a, 1b) et un élément tubulaire supérieur (2a, 2b) disposés l'un sur l'autre; au moins une ouverture (A) est obtenue sur un bord inférieur (21) de l'élément tubulaire supérieur (2a, 2b) et/ou sur un bord supérieur (11) de l'élément tubulaire inférieur (1a, 1b); chaque module comprend des moyens de liaison (5, 6) couplés à des moyens de raidissement structuraux (3) disposés à l'intérieur des deux éléments tubulaires (1, 1b, 2a, 2b) et comprenant une partie saillante qui fait saillie à l'extérieur des éléments tubulaires; ladite structure comprend un ensemble de poutres (7) reliées aux parties saillantes (51, 61) des moyens de liaison des modules (P1, P2); chaque poutre (7) est un profil à section en "pi" ou "oméga".
