HIGH-WATER PERMEABILITY BASE CLOTH, ARTIFICIAL TURF CONTAINING SAME, AND PREPARATION METHOD
A high-water permeability base cloth and a high-water permeability durable artificial turf containing same. The high-water permeability base cloth is formed by crisscrossingly interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns; the warp yarns and/or the weft yarns contain yarn A, the thickness of yarn A being 0.08-0.5 mm; or contain yarn B, the thickness of yarn B being 0.03-0.06 mm; the high-water permeability base cloth is obtained by means of regular or irregular arranged weaving; application of the high-water permeability base cloth in an artificial turf leads to excellent water seepage performance that can meet use requirements; in addition, performing hole punching by using electric soldering iron is not needed for the artificial turf, thereby effectively preventing growth of natural weeds while preventing problems such as abrasion to a back adhesive layer caused by quartz sand leakage during paving. The preparation method is simple, saves manpower, and reduces costs, thus facilitating industrial production.
L'invention concerne un tissu de base à haute perméabilité à l'eau et un gazon artificiel durable à haute perméabilité à l'eau le contenant. Le tissu de base à haute perméabilité à l'eau est formé par entrelacement entrecroisé de fils de chaîne et de fils de trame ; les fils de chaîne et/ou les fils de trame contiennent du fil A, l'épaisseur du fil A étant de 0,08 à 0,5 mm ; ou contiennent du fil B, l'épaisseur du fil B étant de 0,03 à 0,06 mm ; le tissu de base à haute perméabilité à l'eau est obtenu au moyen d'un tissage agencé régulier ou irrégulier ; l'application du tissu de base à haute perméabilité à l'eau dans un gazon artificiel conduit à d'excellentes performances d'infiltration d'eau qui peuvent satisfaire aux exigences d'utilisation ; en outre, la réalisation d'un poinçonnage de trous à l'aide d'un fer à souder électrique n'est pas nécessaire pour le gazon artificiel, ce qui permet d'empêcher efficacement la croissance de mauvaises herbes naturelles tout en empêchant des problèmes tels que l'abrasion à une couche adhésive arrière provoquée par une fuite de sable de quartz pendant le pavage.
