The present application provides a reversing river channel device. The reversing river channel device comprises at least one reversing river channel unit; the reversing river channel unit is a U-shaped channel comprising a downstream end and an upstream end; the reversing river channel unit is arranged in a main river channel and close to a river levee on one side; the downstream end is communicated with the main river channel; an opening of the downstream end inclines towards the upstream portion of a river channel; the reversing river channel units are connected to each other by means of an isolation river levee to form the reversing river channel device; the upstream end is communicated with a secondary river channel; an opening of the upstream end inclines towards the upstream portion of the main river channel; the opening of the downstream end of the reversing river channel unit is larger than the opening of the upstream end thereof; and the opening of the downstream end of the reversing river channel unit protrudes into the main river channel. The present application further provides a river channel, comprising a main river channel and a secondary river channel which are formed by the reversing river channel device. The secondary river channel is parallel to the main river channel, and the secondary river channel is arranged on the inner side of a river levee on one side of the main river channel.
