HIGH-STRENGTH CARBON/CERAMIC BRAKE DISK WITH CERAMIC FUNCTIONAL LAYER
A high-strength carbon/ceramic brake disk with a ceramic functional layer. A preparation method therefor comprises: firstly subjecting a carbon/carbon green body of a binary carbon matrix to a high-temperature graphitization treatment, then preparing the graphitized carbon/carbon green body of the binary carbon matrix into a carbon/ceramic brake disk green body by means of a liquid-phase silicon infiltration reaction, and then forming a ceramic functional layer by means of an in-situ reaction of a ceramic precursor glue solution on the surface of the carbon/ceramic brake disk green body, so as to obtain a brake disk. The brake disk has the characteristics of a high mechanical strength, a high friction coefficient, a low wear rate, good oxidation resistance and a long service life.
Disque de frein en carbone/céramique à haute résistance doté d'une couche fonctionnelle en céramique. Un procédé de préparation associé consiste à : soumettre d'abord un corps en carbone/carbone vert d'une matrice de carbone binaire à un traitement de graphitisation à haute température, puis préparer le corps en carbone/carbone vert graphitisé de la matrice de carbone binaire dans un corps vert de disque de frein en carbone/céramique au moyen d'une réaction d'infiltration de silicium en phase liquide, puis former une couche fonctionnelle en céramique au moyen d'une réaction in situ d'une solution de colle en précurseur de céramique sur la surface du corps vert de disque de frein en carbone/céramique, de façon à obtenir un disque de frein. Le disque de frein présente des caractéristiques de résistance mécanique élevée, de coefficient de frottement élevé, de faible taux d'usure, de bonne résistance à l'oxydation et de longue durée de vie.
