The invention relates to a system for manufacturing a sheet of solid elements which are connected to one another via a frame (WNT) having a first plurality of nodes where two separate cables are connected to one another, the sheet of solid elements including a plurality of solid elements which are produced by depositing a curable pasty material in a mould which is obtained by thermoforming and includes a plurality of "primitive" cavities (CAV11, CAV12, CAV1N) each encompassing at least one of the nodes of the frame (WNT). According to the invention, this system includes means for selecting a second plurality of cavities intended to receive the curable pasty material, and means (TRM, EVB, BS) for casting the material only in the selected cavities. The invention makes it possible to only integrate into the sheet the solid elements which are ultimately intended to be included therein, which will prevent resources from being wasted in order to produce a sheet having irregular patterns.
L'invention concerne un système de fabrication d'une nappe d'éléments solides reliés les uns aux autres par l'intermédiaire d'une trame (WNT) présentant une première pluralité de noeuds où deux câbles distincts sont reliés l'un à l'autre, ladite nappe d'éléments solides incluant une pluralité d'éléments solides réalisés par dépôt d'un matériau pâteux durcissable dans un moule obtenu par thermoformage incluant une pluralité de cavités dites primitives (CAV11, CAV12, CAV1N) englobant chacune au moins un desdits noeuds de la trame (WNT). Selon l'invention, ce système inclut des moyens de sélection d'une deuxième pluralité de cavités destinées à accueillir ledit matériau pâteux durcissable, et des moyens de coulage (TRM, EVB, BS) dudit matériau dans les seules cavités sélectionnées. L'invention permet de n'intégrer effectivement à la nappe que les seuls éléments solides ayant ultimement vocation à y être inclus, ce qui évitera tout gaspillage de ressources pour réaliser une nappe présentant des motifs irréguliers.
