VACUUM INSULATED ENCLOSURE COMPONENTS
An enclosure component for a building structure including a core layer having a planar vacuum panel assembly with a first face and an opposed second face is provided. The vacuum panel assembly includes a honeycomb core with two opposed planar surfaces, and with an impermeable sheet bonded to each planar surface of the honeycomb core to seal the honeycomb core, and with air being at least partly evacuated from the honeycomb core prior to sealing to reduce heat transmission across the honeycomb core.
L'invention concerne un composant d'enceinte pour une structure de bâtiment comprenant une couche d'âme ayant un ensemble de panneaux à vide plans présentant une première face et une seconde face opposée. L'ensemble de panneaux à vide comprend une âme en nid d'abeilles ayant deux surfaces planes opposées, et une feuille imperméable liée à chaque surface plane de l'âme en nid d'abeilles pour étancher l'âme en nid d'abeilles, et l'air étant au moins partiellement évacué de l'âme en nid d'abeilles avant l'étanchage pour réduire la transmission de chaleur à travers l'âme en nid d'abeilles.
