In the present invention, inspection of the amount of hydraulic fluid is performed efficiently. A work machine comprises: a chassis; a work device supported by the chassis; a detection device for detecting the posture of the chassis and/or the posture of the work device; and a controller. The controller compares, with respect to at least one of the chassis and the work device, the current posture thereof as detected by the detection device and a target posture thereof which is set in advance and which is for when maintenance is performed, and the controller then outputs the results of the comparison.
