The present invention relates to vents for installation into buildings. There is a weep vent (21) for installation in an external wall of a cavity wall. The weep vent comprises a front face (23) having an outlet (25), a back face (27) having an opening (29), and a fluid flow conduit (31) defined between the opening (29) and the outlet (25), the front face (23) further comprising a front face inlet (33). The weep vent (21) further comprises an air flow conduit (35) extending between the front face inlet (33) and the outlet (25), where the fluid flow conduit (31) and air flow conduit (35) merge (37) before or at the outlet (25).
