CONSOLIDATION D'UNE PREFORME FIBREUSE
The invention relates to a method for consolidating a fibrous preform, comprising at least the following steps: a- shaping a fibrous preform (10) in a mould (S5), the fibrous preform being previously impregnated (S4) with a transient or fugitive material (30), or shaping a preform in a mould (S2) and injecting a transient or fugitive material into the fibrous preform held in shape in the mould (S3); b- removing (S6) the set fibrous preform (40) from the mould; c- depositing (S8) one or more porosity mask(s) (50); d- coating (S9) with a slip (60); e- heat treatment (S11) to consolidate the slip; f- removing the porosity mask; g- removing the transient or fugitive material; and h- consolidating (S12) using a chemical vapour infiltration method. According to the invention, the porosity mask is a uniform mesh which is composed of parallel guiding lines extending in two intersecting and intertwined directions and which forms, after removal, a continuous two-dimensional network of pores.
L'invention concerne un procédé de consolidation d'une préforme fibreuse comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : a- la mise en forme d'une préforme fibreuse (10) dans un moule (S5), la préforme fibreuse étant préalablement imprégnée (S4) d'un matériau fugace ou fugitif (30), ou la mise en forme d'une préforme dans un moule (S2) et l'injection d'un matériau fugace ou fugitif dans la préforme fibreuse maintenue en forme dans le moule (S3); b- le démoulage (S6) de la préforme fibreuse figée (40); c- le dépôt (S8) d'un ou plusieurs masque de porosité (50); d- l'enrobage (S9) par une barbotine (60); e- le traitement thermique (S11) pour consolider de la barbotine; f- une élimination du masque de porosité; g- une élimination du matériau fugace ou fugitif; et h- la consolidation (S12) par un procédé d'infiltration chimique en phase vapeur; et dans lequel le masque de porosité est un maillage régulier composé de lignes directrices parallèles et s'étendant selon deux directions sécantes, entrecroisées formant après élimination un réseau bidimensionnel continu de porosité.
