PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A ZIRCONIA DENTAL ARTICLE
The invention relates to a process of producing a dental zirconia article, the process comprising the steps of processing a radiation-curable zirconia sol A as construction material in an additive-manufacturing process comprising a radiation-curing step to obtain a zirconia gel article, the zirconia gel article having the shape of a dental article with an outer and an inner surface, applying a radiation-curable zirconia sol Bx on at least a portion of the outer surface of the zirconia gel article,radiation-curing the radiation-curable zirconia sol Bx of step (b), transforming the zirconia gel article into a zirconia aerogel article, the radiation-curable zirconia sol A being same or different from the radiation-curable zirconia sol Bx with respect to chemical composition and/or physical properties. The invention also relates to a dental ceramic zirconia article obtainable by the process described in any of the proceeding claims.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un article en oxyde de zirconium dentaire, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à traiter un sol d'oxyde de zirconium durcissable par rayonnement A en tant que matériau de construction dans un procédé de fabrication additive comprenant une étape de durcissement par rayonnement pour obtenir un article de gel d'oxyde de zirconium, l'article de gel d'oxyde de zirconium ayant la forme d'un article dentaire avec une surface externe et une surface interne, application d'un sol d'oxyde de zirconium durcissable par rayonnement Bx sur au moins une partie de la surface externe de l'article de gel d'oxyde de zirconium, durcissement par rayonnement du sol d'oxyde de zirconium durcissable par rayonnement Bx de l'étape (b), transformation de l'article de gel d'oxyde de zirconium en un article d'aérogel d'oxyde de zirconium, le sol d'oxyde de zirconium durcissable par rayonnement A étant identique ou différent du sol d'oxyde de zirconium durcissable par rayonnement Bx par rapport à la composition chimique et/ou aux propriétés physiques. L'invention concerne également un article en oxyde de zirconium céramique dentaire pouvant être obtenu par le procédé décrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
