The present invention relates to a shatterproof gate (10), comprising: - a substantially rectangular movable wall (20) comprising at least one reinforcing cable (22) arranged along the longitudinal extension of the movable wall (20) and fixed at its ends (22a, 22b) at the side perimeter edges (20c, 20d) of the movable wall (20); - sliding means (21, 32) configured to allow the translation of such a movable wall (20) along its longitudinal extension axis and orthogonally to the ground plane; - a support structure (30) provided with a base configured to be fixed to the ground and with at least a first gap (31) for the passage of the movable wall (20) through the support structure (30); - a reinforcing structure (40) provided with a base configured to be fixed to the ground and with at least a second gap (41) adapted to accommodate one end of the movable wall (20) when the aforesaid shatterproof gate (10) is in the closed position. It is highlighted that the movable wall (20) comprises a blocking profile (25) fixed along a second side perimeter edge (20c) of the side perimeter edges (20c, 20d) and configured to block the translation of the movable wall (20) in the opening direction by mechanical interference with the reinforcing structure (40) around the second gap (41) when the shatterproof gate (10) is in the closed position and following a flexural deformation of the movable wall (20) with respect to its longitudinal extension axis.
La présente invention se rapporte à un portail incassable (10), comprenant : - un mur mobile sensiblement rectangulaire (20) comprenant au moins un câble de renfort (22) agencé le long de l'extension longitudinale du mur mobile (20) et fixé à ses extrémités (22a, 22b) au niveau des bords périphériques latéraux (20c, 20d) du mur mobile (20) ; - des moyens de coulissement (21, 32) conçus pour permettre la translation dudit mur mobile (20) le long de son axe d'extension longitudinal et orthogonalement au plan de sol ; - une structure de support (30) pourvue d'une base conçue pour être fixée au sol et d'au moins un premier espace (31) pour le passage du mur mobile (20) à travers la structure de support (30) ; - une structure de renforcement (40) pourvue d'une base conçue pour être fixée au sol et d'au moins un second espace (41) conçu pour recevoir une extrémité du mur mobile (20) lorsque le portail incassable (10) susmentionné est dans la position fermée. Il est mis en évidence que le mur mobile (20) comprend un profil de blocage (25) fixé le long d'un second bord périphérique latéral (20c) des bords périphériques latéraux (20c, 20d) et conçu pour bloquer la translation du mur mobile (20) dans la direction d'ouverture par interférence mécanique avec la structure de renforcement (40) autour du second espace (41) lorsque le portail incassable (10) est dans la position fermée et suite à une déformation de flexion du mur mobile (20) par rapport à son axe d'extension longitudinal.
