A filtering device, comprising a first filtering compartment (1), a second filtering compartment (2), a first one-way valve (10) and a second one-way valve (20). The first filtering compartment (1) is provided with a first water inlet (12) communicated with the outside; the second filtering compartment (2) is provided with a second water inlet (22) communicated with the first filtering compartment (1); the first one-way valve (10) is provided at the first water inlet (12); the second one-way valve (20) is provided at the second water inlet (22); an external water flow enters the first filtering compartment (1) through the first water inlet (12), and the water flow in the first filtering compartment (1) enters the second filtering compartment (2) through the second water inlet (22); the first one-way valve (10) is used for opening or closing the first water inlet (12) in one direction; and the second one-way valve (20) is used for opening or closing the second water inlet (22) in one direction. Further provided is a swimming pool robot cleaner comprising the filtering device. The filtering device has higher anti-blocking capability, so that the blocking frequency and the blocking speed of filtering devices can be reduced.
