An objective of the present invention is to provide a binder composition, for a dielectric layer, that can endow the dielectric layer with excellent crack resistance and lamination properties. The present invention pertains to the binder composition for the dielectric layer, the binder composition including a copolymer containing a cyano group-containing monomer unit and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer unit, wherein the content percentage of the cyano group-containing monomer unit is 10 mass% to 45 mass% when all repeating units contained in the copolymer are set as 100 mass%.
Un objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une composition de liant, pour une couche diélectrique, qui peut conférer à la couche diélectrique une excellente résistance à la fissuration et d'excellentes propriétés de stratification. La présente invention concerne la composition de liant pour la couche diélectrique, la composition de liant comprenant un copolymère contenant une unité monomère contenant un groupe cyano et une unité monomère d'ester d'acide (méth)acrylique, la teneur en unité monomère contenant un groupe cyano, exprimée en pourcentage, étant comprise entre 10 % en masse et 45 % en masse lorsque toutes les unités de répétition contenues dans le copolymère représentent 100 % en masse.
本発明の目的は、優れた耐クラック性及び積層性を誘電体層に付与し得る誘電体層用バインダー組成物の提供である。本発明は、シアノ基含有単量体単位と、（メタ）アクリル酸エステル単量体単位とを含有する共重合体を含み、前記シアノ基含有単量体単位の含有割合が、前記共重合体中に含まれる全繰り返し単位を１００質量％とした場合に、１０質量％以上４５質量％以下である、誘電体層用バインダー組成物である。
