City's Wisdom and Innovation Design Based on City Public Environment Facilities
In order to explore the practice of city public facilities design, by means of system theory and the combination of quality research and quantity research, elements, levels and systems of city public environment facilities are analyzed. Based on this, the city public environment facilities are designed with city’s culture as the orientation, and it also orientates towards the city operation and management. In this way, a city public service system that is beneficial for the people is designed, which is open and has multi layers. In a word, the wisdom and innovation design of city public environment facilities promotes the city’s environment becoming systemic. What’s more, it perfects the classification and management of public facilities with city’s life requirements as the orientation.
