Experimental investigation and analysis of reactive powder concrete under bending load
In this paper the bending test is carried out on three types of flexible specimen of reactive powder concrete. The author studies and analyses the flexible mechanical behavior and it's influence factor by changing steel fiber content under standard curing condition. According measured load-deflection curve, the flexible principle of work is ascertained clearly. Meanwhile, the index of bend ductility, the variation coefficient of bearing capacity and strength at first crack are figured out in the light of the steel fiber reinforced concrete test method. In addition, the breaking strength is tested to further study the effect of steel fiber for reactive powder concrete under steam curing and air curing conditions. The study shows the ductility is improved on reactive powder concrete corresponding to ordinary concrete and high-strength concrete. And the steel fiber content is the major influence factor to the flexible mechanical properties as breaking strength so on. Therefore, effective application can be used in actual engineering structures with the demand of economy and rationality.
