Integration of Smart City and Sponge City Based on BIM and Artificial Intelligence
The use of BIM technology to establish an information management system for the entire process of information extraction, storage, analysis, and processing of sponge project information under the PPP mode is conducive to improving the government supervision mechanism and corporate responsibility system; it is conducive to the informationization of project cost, construction period, quality, and safety. Visualization; helps all parties involved in avoiding engineering risks; helps maximize corporate benefits and maximize public welfare. The BIM simulation and roaming function, showing the construction scene and renderings of the sponge project, can help the local people to more intuitively and deeply understand the construction process and construction results of the sponge project. The results show that the efficiency of urban construction has increased by 7.2%
