Smart Buildings with Self-Supervised Learning: Exploratory Research in Energy Efficiency and Occupant Comfort
In this piece of research, how self-supervised learning could be used to make smart buildings is discussed. By continuously learning and adapting, smart buildings can optimize energy consumption, reduce costs, and improve the overall occupant experience. Self-Supervised learning technique has the potential to greatly enhance both energy efficiency and occupant comfort while simultaneously lowering operational expenses. It is shown how smart buildings can use the power of self-supervised learning algorithms to keep learning and adapting to new situations. This results in a physical environment that is more intelligent and sustainable. Future building design and management may be drastically altered by this technology.
