Application of BIM Technology throughout the Construction Project Lifecycle of Teaching Integrated Building
Taking the teaching integrated building project as an example, BIM implementation throughout all stages of the construction process were discussed. This paper focuses on the construction of student activity center project, applies the BIM technology to assist the project management, and adopts software including Revit, Navisworks and Magicad to achieve comprehensive BIM application results, including the 3D site layout and simulation, collision check and optimization, visualized disclosure and sample planning, panoramic technology, BIM 5D management, and etc. The results show that collision inspection can effectively solve the conflict problem in design, and the advantage of 5D can be used to optimize the sign. In addition, in terms of construction, the optimal allocation of resources and the improvement of construction quality can be achieved through the simulation of construction scheme and construction schedule.
