With the development of construction informatization in China, the number and quality of professional and technical talents with BIM technology are seriously lacking. In order to cultivate civil engineering graduates to adapt to the new era, this paper analyzes the current situation of civil engineering talents training and the necessity of intelligent construction talents training mode based on BIM technology in civil engineering, and discusses the new mode of intelligent construction talents training based on BIM technology, which has reference significance for the innovation of civil engineering talents training mode, and also helps the graduates of civil engineering in our school to better adapt to the society and enterprises.
