Research on loads and performance of Guangyuan mountainous pedestrian suspension bridges
This paper introduces the conditions of design loads and service performance of pedestrian suspension bridges at home and abroad, carries on detailed investigations and analysis of twenty mountainous villages' pedestrian suspension bridges in Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province, discusses design load standard value and load combinations, deflection-span ratio, dynamic characteristics etc. of the mountainous pedestrian suspension bridges, and puts forward references and suggestions for the design of mountainous villages' pedestrian suspension bridges.
