Research and Application of BIM Technology in Rural Human Settlement Environment Planning
With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization, a large number of resources are concentrated in cities, resulting in China's rural planning and development lag, water pollution, the rational development of resources and other problems are very prominent. BIM technology has a comprehensive data information model structure, which reflects its main functionality and scientific nature in the process of rural planning. It can improve the life cycle of the project and avoid secondary transformation and waste to the greatest extent. To promote rural living environment and enhance the level of rural living environment, this topic in human settlement environment development theory as the instruction, earnestly from rural living environment planning problems and requirements, the use of BIM technology visualization, collaborative, and optimization of natural environmental protection in the countryside, rural industry development planning and rural infrastructure construction and so on has carried on the theoretical research. Finally, taking Yuejin Village as an example, the advantages of applying BIM technology to new rural planning are verified. The research results of this paper will help rural revitalization and socialist new rural construction, and promote the application and popularization of BIM technology.
