The document seeks to identify major problems in housing for the Counties of Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, and Pearl River in the State of Mississippi, along with a listing of obstacles to realizing adequate housing for all groups in the society. An analysis of the Socio-Economic background of the entire Region is presented plus implementing activities being undertaken to remedy housing shortcommings. Housing goals have been established and plans formulated for meeting the needs of the counties of this report.
