The objective of this document is to prevent an analysis of the impacts of the proposed standard as applied to construction of new residential buildings for the federal sector. This analysis examines the impacts of applying the proposed residential standard exclusively to federal sector construction of new residential buildings. It does not address commercial construction, nor does it examine the impact of possible adoption of the standard on design of private sector residential buildings. 6 refs., 18 tabs.
