The report presents a summary and analysis of existing physical conditions, socio-economic conditions, and programs and policies now affecting one of the oldest areas of the City. The need for the study was caused by the rapid growth and development which has taken place in Titusville in recent years due to the Federal impaction of Brevard County. Emphasis was placed upon housing and related problems of the area. The report was designed to serve as a basis for a detailed plan for future improvements of the study area. (Author)
