The purpose of this report is to survey and analyze existing land usage within the City of Monroeville Planning Area. The report reveals both acreage and percentages of land in each major use category and points out the amount of vacant land which is suitable for conventional types of urban development, as well as the amount of vacant land presenting unusual problems for development. Information on topography, economy and other factors which affect the community's present and future land use are considered. (Author)
