Construction: Contractor Submittal Procedures
The purpose of this regulation is to establish a system whereby the contractor can maintain effective scheduling, control and processing of submittals required by the contract in order to regulate the timely flow of materials to be incorporated into the construction. This regulation is applicable to all Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) and District Commands (DC) awarding and/or supervising any contracts requiring construction activities and shall be considered in conjunction with, and as a supplement to, ER 1180-1-6 during its implementation.
