New York-New England Recreation Demand Study. Volume I. Executive Summary Highlights of the Northeast Recreation Methodology Project
A computer forecasting methodology was developed for outdoor recreational activities in the seven states in the northeastern part of the United States (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont). The model is designed to be used by planners to assess the potential effect of different supply configurations in the region and to anticipate future participation in outdoor recreational activities.
