The primary purpose of the study is to identify and rank problems associated with meeting the demand for safe sanitary and decent housing in southeast Alabama. A detailed analysis of current housing conditions establishes a foundation for realizing the problems and understanding the obstacles which hinder the planning and implementation of areawide housing programs.
