The report is a revision of the staff report on regional improvement programming: Part one of this volume for 1973-74 deals with a review of the goals, objectives, plans, programs and policies of the Greater Egypt Regional Planning and Development, Commission (Illinois), as they relate to housing, water/sewer, transportation and open space. Staff defined deficiencies in the above with a suggested work program to overcome the deficiencies. The last sections answer the political, technical and financial feasibility of Regional Improvement Programming and point a direction for intergovernmental usage.
