Care of Old Buildings. An Annotated Bibliography. Part I
This bibliography, consisting of approximately 2000 titles has been compiled in connection with a project for the maintenance of older buildings. Continuous maintenance is often neglected and the accumulation of damage on roof and surface areas becomes unnecessarily large. The group has mainly worked with buildings interesting from a cultural and historical point of view. They have investigated how the climatical effects and damage on materials and constructions can be counter-acted, and they have studied the reconstruction of old building techniques and their correct usage.
