The Lincoln Township Parks Commission, at a regular meeting on July 6, 1982, accepted and adopted the Glenlord Beach Park Development Plan and Site Design. At this meeting, the Parks Commission passed a resolution selecting Phase I of this plan as proposed in the study for implementation in fiscal year 1982-83. This report provides a realistic assessment of the opportunities for providing a successful beach park development.
