The improvement concerns the proposed widening of the Chickamauga Dam Bridge and the construction of a new bridge and State Route 153 connector route approximately one mile downstream, crossing Amnicola Highway and Hixson Pike. This highway improvement is located in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee. The adverse environmental effects are the proposed right-of-way will necessitate the relocation of seven residences, and five small businesses. (Author)
