The report is a statistical study of employee-hour requirements for dredging and land projects in the U.S. Corps of Engineers' civil works program from 1959 to 1960. Data are provided for four broad geographic regions and the U.S. In addition to providing information on onsite and offsite construction and indirect labor requirements, the study also includes data on the types and value of materials, wages, occupations, apprentices, contractor operations, and characteristics of projects.
