Hydrocarbon fire may cause serious damage on concrete structures. The question which arise after such a fire is whether the structure has enough residual strength for continued or limited use. In the present report an investigation of the residual ultimate strength of the fire exposed beams are presented. The investigation carried out, aimed first to verify the visual observations after the fire exposure, and secondly to find the remaining load capacity of the beams. In addition a test example of the remaining load capacity was examined by numerical analysis.
