Project F-3112(21) Mesa North, Project F-3112(30) Mesa South, Adams County, Idaho
U.S. Highway 95 is the most direct north-south surface transportation route between widely separated Idaho points and between regional groupings of population, markets, resources and recreation areas. This project would have a positive beneficial impact. Some agricultural land, mostly dry grazing and dry farm land will be taken out of production. The cut and fill sections on the new route will appear as intrusions on the surrounding environment and the changes on Grays Creek will remove some fish and wildlife habitat.
