Ralumac for Crack Control. Construction and 1986 Annual Report
The study evaluates the performance of the Ralumac Paving System, Type A, used as a pavement interlayer to control reflective cracking in bituminous pavement overlaying a jointed portland cement pavement. Also included is a comparison of the construction costs and the annual maintenance costs between the test project and two adjoining projects, on which a Stress Absorbing Membrane-Interlayer (SAMI) was applied.
