With the focus of creating a better urban environment and working with a growing mass of data in the field of tall buildings and urban habitat, development of utilization/implementation techniques and their application is essential. A work plan is presented for the technology transfer process aimed at the widest possible utilization of the material contained in the tall building Monograph. It builds upon techniques that have proven useful in the past.
