Housing Allowances and National Objectives
The research project evaluates housing allowances, specifically, the provision of the shelter services, funding and administrative concerns, and the problem of meeting residential needs. It also examines the relationship of national policy objectives to housing allowances, with regard to economic stimulation, minority economic opportunity, and urban growth patterns. The study specifies objectives for Federal Housing Programs.
