The purpose of the proposed project is to upgrade the design standards, eliminate two railroad grade crossings, and to improve traffic flow in this area. One family and residence will be in the limits of the right of way. There will be no adverse environmental effects due to the construction of this project. There will be approximately 85 acres of land lost due to the construction, which will also result in some natural land use change.
