Community Appearance
The various requirements of community appearance in urban, suburban, and rural landscapes are discussed. The report examines each type of landscape and makes brief recommendations along the lines of more urban space and the avoidance of suburban sprawl. Particular attention is paid to the problems of low density housing and of residential developments. The problems of commerical facilities, industrial plants, and highway interchanges are also discussed. (Author)
