A Study Design to Assess Metropolitan Atlanta's Housing Challenge
Regional housing activity, expressed in terms of the numbers and characteristics of units required to accommodate Atlanta's requirements in the years ahead are evaluated in relation to three major time horizons: 1973; 1983; and 1988. These short and longer term projection periods allow for understanding of the area's housing challenge and transitions that can be expected in light of current trends and long range public improvements which will influence regional residential patterns.
