The project is located on SR-674 approximately 6 miles south of Canal Winchester. It is a farm to market road which is beginning to serve a suburban residential population. The alignment of the route is straight and adequate, but many sharp dips, humps, and a narrow pavement and shoulders which need improvement. There are no recreation areas, wildlife areas, nor historical sites within the project limits. The proposed project will have to destroy the existing vegative ground cover during construction. Several trees will need to be cut. Residential lot landscaping developments will be affected by the widened highway, but no buildings will be taken.
