An Analysis of Revenue and Expenditure Patterns for Selected Major Cities
This report, partially funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, examines revenue and expenditure patterns of the twenty-nine (29) largest central cities and their standard metropolitan statistical areas. Similarities and differences between and among cities are highlighted and the relationship between Kansas City and St. Louis and these selected cities is compared.
