The report is the fifth of a six-volume final report and it presents the findings of the part of the research work dealing with the development of a priority ranking method for bridge project selection. The volume also includes an analysis to determine the effectiveness of bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects with respect to bridge structural condition ratings and remaining service lives.
