Creep and Shrinkage of Hawaiian Aggregate Concrete
The report presents the results of a study on creep and shrinkage of Hawaiian aggregate concrete under compressive stress. Steam-cured and moist-cured cylindrical concrete specimens were subjected to three stress levels and three ages of loading. In general, creep varied linearly with applied stress. It was found that moist-cured concrete exhibited higher creep than a steam-cured concrete when loading age and applied stress were identical.
