CEUP is a collection of computer programs which analyze the electrical distribution, water distribution, sanitary sewerage collection and storm drainage systems on military installations for their adequacy in supporting future construction and base mobilization. In the past, because of the extensive engineering calculations involved, the adequacy of existing water, sewage, and electrical systems at a potential construction site was not thoroughly determined until after the site had been selected.
