Fire Tests of Two Remote Area Fire Suppression System Concepts
Two packaged, self-contained fire suppression systems were fire tested to determine which would best meet the remote area fire protection needs. Results of 31 tests indicate that the multi-cycle, total flooding system using Bromotrifluoromethane is superior to the automated sprinkler system using water. (Author)
