The Impact of Residential Energy Conservation Standards on Households
This report is one of four Urban Institute reports evaluating the feasibility of a mandatory program which requires that residential dwellings meet an energy standard at the time the property is sold or transferred. Three illustrative energy-efficiency standards (low, medium, high) which represented different levels of conservation were developed.
