The proposed project contemplates land acquisition and the construction of a new landing strip (2,500 ft x 100 ft); a new parking apron (100 ft x 200 ft); a connecting taxiway (175 ft x 50 ft); a new access road (3,320 ft x 18 ft); and a segmented circle. The main impact will be removal of approximately 140 acres of forest land from wildlife habitat, recreation, and/or timber productivity. (Author)
