Principal features of the plan include planned diversity of residential densities; central and neighborhood commercial areas and the provision of adequate land for future industrial areas. Included in the proposals are the provision of rights-of-way and paving widths for multi-lanes of traffic, for radial and circumferential movement within the planning area. (Author)
